December 14 & 17 2012

Hello All
Today we are going to some fun activities!  You will start with a journal write.  Please write in your journal what act of kindness you experienced this week.  If you didn't experience any, please write what you plan on doing this weekend as an act of kindness.
Then you will write a letter in a holiday card to a soldier who is now actively serving. The letter should not include your last name or your address.  You might want to include the following:
What is happening at Morris Knolls  ex spirit week, sports, concerts, plays etc
Tell the solider what you are doing for the holidays.  You can include family traditions, activities you do on Hanukkah, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's or what you plan on doing during break.
You can also talk about how Sandy affected your life.
Remember:  do not include your last name, address or telephone number.
Thank you for making our soldiers feel loved :)
